While many members of the ISC team gained their basic knowledge of the securities industry working in well-established markets such as London, and Hong Kong, we have developed particular sensitivity to the needs of nations which are just embarking on the road to capital markets. We know that it is important to be aware of a variety of factors in these countries, most especially that there is unlikely to be much business generated in their first few years of operation. For this reason, we do not rush them in their development, nor recommend systems and procedures that will be unnecessarily costly and unwieldy to run during their start-up years.

We pride ourselves on our ability to nurture these markets, gradually assisting them with their development, ensuring that they start off on the right foot with sound regulatory and operational practices, and helping the management and staff to grow with their market.
