The strength of ISC lies in the extensive experience of its directors and consultants, each of whom has spent much of his or her career working in the securities or banking industries. Their collective experience covers every element of these industries' operations (e.g. legal, technical, operational, IT systems, etc.) Our approach, while knowledgeable and experienced is never intimidating; we work with our clients, rather than imposing our views.

Our broad and pragmatic perspective enables us, not only to make clear, jargon-free recommendations, which are easily understood and simple to act upon, but also to give practical assistance as and when it is needed. Our aim is to provide straightforward, practical answers no matter how tough the issue.

One of the hallmarks of success in consultancy (or any other business) is good client relationships and unfortunately, it is often the case that consultants seek to recommend a continuing need for their services; ISC company policy expressly prohibits this. We would rather complete a task to the client's satisfaction and ensure that our reputation for so doing results in new business, than attempt to tie clients in by recommending more and more work, much of which would not be necessary if the job had been carried out properly in the first place. We believe that in the long term our clients are best served by the cultivation of mutual trust, delivering a high quality service and ensuring as far as possible the work we have carried out can be sustained.
